Summary

VMB Immobilien GmbH is an independent regional estate agency located in Lilienthal near Bremen in Germany. VMB came to us looking for help with their internet presence and for a brand refresh. Their existing website required a lot of tedious work to keep up to date and it was starting to look dated. The objectives of the website were to make potential clients more brand aware and to provide an up-to-date and in-depth listing of all properties currently for sale.

Solution

blowurmind.com was able to develop a brand new content managed website for VMB, that not only included all the standard functions of a content management system, but also acted as a sophisticated property management database for the client to create and update any new properties by himself. The system is very easy to use and the process of updating the site is straightforward and can be done in only a couple of minutes.

The client can log into the administration system and create new listings, the system will ask for all the details such as number of rooms, size, plot, specifications, images, and once complete will instantly add the new property to the database for people to access.

One particularly clever feature of tis website is the ability to search for available properties on an interactive map, which is also completely automated and will update based on the entries of each property. This means as well as the usual search options based on rooms and price the user has additional ways to filter down the selection and find a suitable property based on location, in a very visual and intuitive way.
